Who are we at Belsham Builders?
Belsham Builders is a family run business and has been operating since
the 1970's in and around the South London area.
It was decided in 2003 that we transfer the business into a limited company,
namely Belsham Builders Ltd order to streamline the business and to create
an even more professional approach to our areas of expertise in general building
and roofing..
Who are the principals behind Belsham Builders?
There are two directors and they are:-

Ian Belsham Ian has been a Builder for the last 35 years or so and over that time has worked in just about every facet of the building trade. Being a long standing member of the Federation of Master Builders, he has been able to keep on top of the ever changing building regulations along with the new EU regulations that have recently come into force. |

Bob Kirk Bob joined the company in the latter part of 2003. He is a qualified Accountant (Australia) and has been working in management in the UK for the last 25 years or so. During his time working as a Management Accountant over the years he has worked for a number of building companies and he has been able to bring to Belsham Builders his organisational skills, so important in ensuring the smooth running of all jobs that are taken on. |
