Quoting procedures

All quotes are subject to our Terms and conditions. View

• We endeavour to produce a formal quote to you within 5 working days, subject to specialist fees ( architects, structural engineers etc).
• All quotes will come with a fixed price for six months from date of issue
• Where items of works cannot be assessed until
work has commenced, we will
endeavour to provide you a fixed price per item/square metre etc.
• Any additional works that have been agreed whilst on site, we will again provide you with a fixed price that is agreed with, before commencement of these additional works
Site Management
• All works will be supervised by a member of BB’s management
team.
• A member of BB’s management team will visit the site every working day to ensure the smooth running of the works at hand.
• You will at all times have contact with BB’s
management to cover all eventualities.
